We would like to advise of a range of driver updates, to address the issues relating to the recent Windows update.
GS2-24 Driver Update
Please download the latest driver from the Roland DG Download Center via the link below.
Firstly run the installer and click 'Uninstall' in order to uninstall the old driver, then reboot your computer.
Once this is done, run the installer again and click 'Install' to install the new driver.
GR2 Driver Update
Please download the latest driver from the Roland DG Download Center via the link below.
Once downloaded, run the .exe installer file and this will update the driver to the latest version.
DE-3 Driver Update
Please download the latest driver from the Roland DG Download Center via the link below.
Once downloaded, please turn on “resume updates” in windows and let the operating system update.
Once this is completed and up to date, run the “Setup64.exe” in the driver folder and use it to uninstall the old drivers.
Once this is completed, reboot your computer and install the drivers (either USB or network connection).
EGX and MDX Driver Update
Please download the latest driver from the Roland DG Download Center via the link below.
Once downloaded, please turn on “resume updates” in windows and let the operating system update.
Once this is completed and up to date, run the “Setup64.exe” in the driver folder and use it to select the correct device and uninstall the old drivers.
Once this is completed, reboot your computer, select the correct device and install the drivers (either USB or network connection).
GS and GX Driver Update
Please download the new version 1.60 driver for either Windows 10 or 11 from the Roland DG Download Center via the link below.
Once downloaded, please turn on “resume updates” in windows and let the operating system update.
Once this is completed and up to date, run the “Setup64.exe” in the driver folder and use it to select the correct device and uninstall the old drivers.
Once this is completed, reboot your computer, select the correct device and install the drivers (either USB or network connection).
GR Driver Update
Please download the new 'CAMM-1 Driver2' version 1.60 driver from the Roland DG Download Center via the link below.
Once downloaded, please turn on “resume updates” in windows and let the operating system update.
Once this is completed and up to date, run the “Setup64.exe” in the driver folder and use it to select the correct device and uninstall the old drivers.
Once this is completed, reboot your computer, select the correct device and install the drivers (either USB or network connection).
