Dealer Profile: Prytec Solutions

Prytec Solutions has been an authorised Roland DG Australia dealer since 2009, participating alongside Roland DG over the years in countless trade shows and events in the engraving and personalisation space.

Prytec Solutions has over 15 years of experience in laser machinery, engraving machines and UV printing, specialising in the sign writing, personalisation, promotion, gift, electrical and fabrication industries. According to Raymond Mikhail, Owner of Prytec Solutions, along with personalisation, he is seeing that “UV printing on substrates is gaining a lot of momentum” with his customers and in the market in general.

Working with Roland DG

A major highlight in the partnership, has been growing and building the engraving and personalisation business with Roland DG’s products. As part of this, Prytec has created a custom rotary device for the EGX-350 Desktop Engraver, to engrave and personalise on cylindrical objects, and is currently developing a similar rotary device for the latest generation DGSHAPE DE-3 Desktop Engraver.

In working with Roland DG over the years, Raymond is proud that Prytec has received “several [Roland DG Dealer] awards every year since 2012” as it demonstrates the hard work and dedication that the team puts in each year.

According to Raymond, the superior service, support, training and dedication to their customers are the main factors that contribute to Prytec’s success. He believes that rather than simply selling a product, “providing [the] correct solution [for your customer] is the key to a successful dealer.”
