Service Manager
Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Manager to oversee the delivery of exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of service professionals, ensuring that all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely and efficient manner, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. They will also come with wide-format printing experience, in Roland DG products preferably.
Responsibilities:
- Manage technical services staff
- Ensure that members of staff are attending to their daily tasks as outlined in their respective job descriptions and meet their agreed KPIs.
- Managing and overseeing service delivery in-house or on-site;
- Providing technical and service support to partners and end users;
- Managing of customer technical needs;
- Overseeing service agents’ activities; Spare parts inventory control advice; liaise with RDG Japan on technical and strategic service issues;
- Warranty spare parts credit approval;
- Overall overseeing of the service activities and services provided;
- Review and analyse internal service processes;
- Provide strategic advice on service and warranty programmes;
- Budget preparation, tracking and Targets;
- Management of ongoing team training requirements and certification in accordance with Japanese KPI’s
Qualifications:
- Management skillsets with the ability to manage internal and external personnel
- Degree or similar in technical fields or relevant commercial or practical experience, with relevant Roland DG solutions knowledge desirable
- Knowledge of Electrical circuitry and or relevant certifications for working with 120+ volts
- 2+ years wide-format Printer experience
- 5+ years of experience in a service management role
- Technical organizational and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Customer service focused
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards

Field Service Technician - Melbourne
About the Role
Our company is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician - Wide Format printing to work closely with our national professional service team within the Victoria region.
This role’s core responsibility is providing high-end technical service, support, and training in wide format printers for customers within Melbourne and regional Victoria. A fully maintained company vehicle is provided and you may be required to travel overnight and interstate for this role.
Common backgrounds for this role will include technical people who have worked in the print, signage, and graphics industry as well as the pre-press industry. However, if you have technical service experience in another related industry or field, we encourage you to apply. To be considered for this role you will need to meet the following criteria:
- Hold a qualification in electronic disciplines or similar
- Strong aptitude for electro-mechanical repairs and diagnostics
- Experience in service and repair of wide format printers, or a similar related industry would be advantageous
- Dedicated person who is committed to providing excellent service and solutions to our customers
- A self-starter who takes ownership of their work and who is keen to learn new systems and technology
- An effective communicator to interpret technical information and relay this clearly to clients

Summary:
We have a fantastic opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration / Operations Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to various departments within our organisation, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The Administration / Operations Assistant will play a crucial role in maintaining a productive and professional work environment. This is a full-time position, working from our office based in Frenchs Forest in the beautiful Northern Beaches and ad-hoc work from our warehouse based in Belrose, Northern Beaches.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative and purchasing tasks, including managing correspondence, maintaining records, creating & issuing POs, collating documents, purchasing, arranging freight quotes, and liaising with suppliers
- Prepare and distribute internal communications and reports
- Reception duties, including incoming calls and inquiries, providing accurate information and redirecting as necessary
- Assist with Forklift duties as and when required in Frenchs Forest and Belrose
- Maintain office and kitchen supplies and place orders when needed
- Create new product coding or update existing products in the management system
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects
- Assist internal departments with catering duties for internal/external events
Qualifications:
- 1+ years' experience as an Administration Assistant or in a similar role preferred
- Cert III in Business administration would be advantageous
- Forklift License advantageous, or full training will be provided
- Proficient in using office software, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently as well as part of a team
