Service Agent Profile: Jared Doig, Colorpro Solutions Pty Ltd

Jared Doig has over 19 years’ experience working for and with Roland DG in South Africa and has developed extensive skills and technical expertise servicing the entire range of Roland DG machines from cutters, engravers, decorators, milling machines and dental solutions through to all types of printers including desktop, flatbed and large format models.

Jared began his career as a Service and Support employee of Roland DG South Africa in 2005 before establishing himself as an independent ‘Technical Dealer’, responsible for the full lifecycle of selling, installing and servicing Roland DG equipment in South Africa. As a result, Jared has developed an intimate understanding of customers’ needs and feels strongly about ‘helping small businesses’. He views his role as being ‘a partnership with his customers, so they know they can trust and rely on him when they need support’.

Recently emigrating to Australia with his young family, Jared has transferred his wide-ranging knowledge of Roland DG products and will now apply it to his work here.
