Beyond Print Expand Business with Roland DG SG-540 and GS-24

Beyond Print Yeppoon was established in October 2020, with owner Jo Adams initially building the business from home, before moving into a commercial premises in January 2021 when their business grew. Specialising in design and print, the company primarily produces signage, vehicle graphics, garments, promotional products and business stationery, and helps businesses create consistent designs that have real impact.

The company purchased a Roland DG TrueVIS SG-540 Printer Cutter and CAMM-1 GS-24 Desktop Cutter to commence the business, and these devices have helped Beyond Print Yeppoon to expand the services and products they offer. The company likes to help local business to build a visual identity and develops products to promote and grow their business. Jo said: “As we learn and gain experience, we seem to continue to add new services. Our main aim is to support local businesses by helping them present themselves in the best way possible.”

Located in a somewhat isolated area of Queensland, Jo has “been blown away" by the remote support from Roland DG, nothing that “any issues have been resolved with a technician over the phone. We always leave the phone conversation having learnt something new.” Jo further explains, “Being isolated from technicians, we… [needed] to change [our SG-540] over onto the new TR2 inks ourselves with constant phone support from Roland DG. It was such a smooth process. A Roland DG support [technician] connected remotely and walked us through the entire process. They were incredibly patient and helpful!”
