The JWX-10 is the jewellery-specific mill custom retailers have been dreaming about. Powered by a high-speed 20,000 rpm spindle, the 4-axis desktop machine quickly produces detailed wax models. It is the fastest and easiest way to create rings, bracelets and charms.
- Mill wax models using any jewellery CAD software
- 4-axis milling for intricate jewellery designs
- Professional CAM software included
- Compact, fully enclosed device
- High-speed 20,000 rpm spindle
- Fine precision 0.002mm/step
- Maximum work area: 14cm (W) x 10.5cm (D)
Powered by a high-speed 20,000 rpm spindle, the JWX-10 offers the high-speed production that jewellery makers need to take their business to the next level. It quickly mills out models for rings, bracelets and charms in a fraction of the time it takes to produce them by hand. Typical wax jewellery models are milled in just a few hours.
The JWX-10 turns even the most intricate CAD designs into reality. With detailed resolutions up to 0.002mm/step, this beautifully designed 4-axis mill captures every subtle nuance of your designs. Its exacting precision produces superior custom jewellery that will delight your customers and keep them coming back for more.
Easy To Use
Jewellery makers with existing CAD files can use the JWX-10 to mill their designs within an hour after opening the box. Needless to say, this desktop device is incredibly easy to use. The JWX-10 comes with holding fixtures that secure non-proprietary, off-the-shelf jewellery wax stock during the milling process. It also includes 4-axis CAM software, user manuals, tools, wax and comprehensive tutorials.
Compact & Fully Enclosed
The JWX-10 is a compact and fully enclosed desktop mill. It runs quietly and fits easily in any office or jewellery shop. At the same time, its work area, 140 (W) x 105 (D) mm (5-1/2” x 4-1/8”) is large enough to accommodate any ring, bracelet or charm.
Bundled CAM Software
Roland MODELA Player 4 comes bundled with every JWX-10. This powerful and easy-to-use CAM software supports continuous 4th axis milling for producing a silky-smooth surface finish. The software accepts IGES, DXF and STL files exported from all popular Jewellery CAD software applications, including Gemvision Matrix, Artcam Jewelsmith, Type3 3Design, JewelCAD, JewelSpace and Rhino Techgems.
Roland's international ISO certification is your quality assurance. Like all Roland products, the JWX-10 was designed and manufactured at a state-of-the-art, ISO-certified facility. Roland builds all products at its advanced Digital Factory one at a time by a single assembler - just like a Rolls Royce. Attention to detail is given the highest priority.
