    Affordably priced, the VersaCUT from Roland is the industry’s only line of print trimmers engineered specifically for production graphics shops, bridging the gap between hand units and fully mechanised trimmers. With VersaCUT, you can quickly and easily trim printed graphics for precision results. Choose from the VersaCUT Manual Trimmers or the powerful VersaCUT CR Crank operated trimmers.

      The VersaCUT is the industry’s only print trimmer line that addresses the unique needs of sign shops. Lightweight aluminum construction enables portability while stainless steel reinforcements provide the durability, stability and resistance to rust and corrosion needed for long-term performance. Easy storage and maintenance make VersaCUT a great addition to your production environment.

    • Choose from Two Models

      VersaCUT is offered in two models to support Roland’s entire inkjet line-up.

      The VersaCUT manual trimmer is available in 1020mm (44”), 1730mm (68”) and 2540mm (100”) widths. An optional stand is available that features a roll holder to support printed graphics.

      The more powerful crank assisted VersaCUT CR is offered in 48” and 72” widths and is easily bolted or clamped to tables, benches or other common work areas.

    • Cuts a Wide Range of Substrates

      VersaCUT produces perfect, repeatable cuts on a wide variety of materials including vinyl, paper, Coroplast™, Gatorfoam™ and even Sintra™. The VersaCUT manual trimmer cuts materials up to 9.5mm (3/8”) thick and the VersaCUT CR crank assisted trimmer cuts substrates up to 12.7mm (1/2”) thick. Both trimmers are designed to transition easily between flexible and rigid substrates.

    • Easy to Operate

      VersaCUT provides the power and precision you need without the complexity or added cost of a motorised unit. The VersaCUT CR crank assisted model requires just 35 psi of compressed air to power through the thickest substrates. Both models operate without electricity.

    • Safe, Enclosed Blade Holders

      The VersaCUT base model features a single blade holder. For the VersaCUT CR, a dual blade holder comes standard and a single blade holder is available as an option. Both blade holders are designed for safe handling and blades are easy to change.
