  • ECO-SOL MAX Ink

    ECO-SOL MAX® is a remarkable innovation in ink technology. Building on Roland’s award-winning eco-solvent ink, ECO-SOL MAX® features several new enhancements including faster drying time, higher density, wider colour gamut, improved scratch resistance, lower cost per square foot, and broader uncoated media support. In addition, ECO-SOL MAX® is virtually odorless, and does not require any special ventilation or environmental equipment.

      Printer RangeECO-SOL MAX® has been formulated to enhance the performance of all Roland eco-solvent inkjets including popular VersaCAMM and SOLJET models. ECO-SOL MAX® replaces Roland Eco-SOL Ink in these powerful inkjet printers and integrated printer/cutters.

    • Faster Drying Time and more Aggressive Bonding

      ECO-SOL MAX® produces quick drying graphics that bond more aggressively and can be handled right off the printer on a wide variety of substrates. This advantage increases productivity and allows ECO-SOL MAX® ink to perform with take-up roller systems for long, unattended production runs, even in high-speed mode.

    • Scratch Resistance

      For even greater durability, ECO-SOL MAX® features rugged scratch resistance, critical to the production of outdoor banners and other graphics that involve complex finishing techniques. For outdoor banners, ECO-SOL MAX® maintains image quality throughout the printing and finishing processes including welding, sewing, and the attachment of grommets.

    • Exceptional Image Quality

      QualityWith high ink density and an expansive color gamut, ECO-SOL MAX® graphics reflect superb colour when viewed at a distance or close up. ECO-SOL MAX’s extended colour gamut delivers exceptionally bright reds, greens and blues.

    • Comprehensive Media Support

      MediaECO-SOL MAX® performs beautifully with Roland’s entire line of media including both coated and uncoated options. Compatibility with value-priced uncoated media can significantly reduce overall production costs for Roland inkjet customers.

    • Performs with Roland RIP Software

      VersaWorksECO-SOL MAX® is designed for performance with existing Roland RIP software including VersaWorks, COLORIP and ColorChoice. Compatible Roland media profiles are available for all platforms.

    • Converting to ECO-SOL MAX®

      A simple firmware update enables conversion from Eco-SOL INK to ECO-SOL MAX® ink in just a few easy steps. Roland’s ECO-SOL MAX® Conversion Guide provides complete instructions on the conversion process.

    • Low Running Costs

      ECO-SOL MAX® boosts the performance of Roland’s SOLJET and VersaCAMM inkjets at low running costs that both you and your customers will appreciate. For a low-density image, we estimate an average ink cost of $2 per sq metre and an average media cost of $3.90 per sq metre for a total of $5.90 per sq metre. For a high-density image, we estimate an average ink cost of $3.60 per sq metre. and an average media cost of $3.90 sq metre. for a total of $7.50 per sq metre.

    • Available in 440 and 220 cc cartridges

      In addition to standard 220 cc cartridges, ECO-SOL MAX® is also offered in high-volume 440 cc cartridges, ideal for extended production runs.
